Pergamena is a publishing company and at the same time an artistic studio that, like a reconstruction group, creates publications in the old style. The form of our publications refers to the works of old masters of the art of editing, while the content is universal and timeless. On the contemporary editorial market, both Polish and global, our company is a unique phenomenon. After years of creative work, we have built an original, recognizable brand in the world based on an original style of binding and forms of editorial expression, as well as attention to detail. We offer a very wide range of services and publishing categories. In addition to the features described above, there is something else exceptional in our prints, which the poet Jerzy Liebert called “inexpressible yet existing yet invisible”. Our recipients have intuitively defined this in equally engaging words – Pergamena is a publishing house with a soul.
We began our activity in 1999, publishing a symbolic Millennium Map of Poland. Today, we can boast over a thousand different publishing items and hundreds of thousands of publications hanging in the homes and offices of recipients all over the world. We have been recognized for our work with many significant awards and a number of prestigious orders. In 2009, Pergamena Publishing House was distinguished with a state distinction – the “Pro Memoria” medal for special merits in perpetuating historical memory. For a quarter of a century, through the beautiful words, symbols and images contained in our publications, we have been sharing with you timeless values, treasures of European culture. The main mission of our activity is to promote Polish tradition and national heritage.
