This year we celebrate the 25th anniversary of our publishing activity

Guided by the admonitions of the doyen of Polish historiography, Jan Długosz, on the effects of time and oblivion on human achievements, we have filled these years with a creative endeavor to give important events, wise and beautiful thoughts, poetry, ideas, messages light and testimony, so that they do not lie buried in the hiding place of libraries, eternally committed to oblivion. So that through our publications hosted in your homes or offices, they would affect with the depth of their content enriched by the charm of the editorial form. Thank you for the trust and support we have received from you over the years. They have strengthened us in the fulfillment of the mission undertaken a quarter of a century ago and constantly motivate us to further creative work.

Verba volant, scripta manent  – words fly away, written ones remain

Pergamena is a publishing company and at the same time an artistic studio that, like a reconstruction group, creates publications in the old style. The form of our publications refers to the works of old masters of the art of editing, while the content is universal and timeless. On the contemporary editorial market, both Polish and global, our company is a unique phenomenon. After years of creative work, we have built an original, recognizable brand in the world based on an original style of binding and forms of editorial expression, as well as attention to detail. We offer a very wide range of services and publishing categories. In addition to the features described above, there is something else exceptional in our prints, which the poet Jerzy Liebert called “inexpressible yet existing yet invisible”.
